ü      The Sterling Silver Store will accept all product returns if notified within 15 days of order placement.

ü      All returns will require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) which can be obtained by contacting the customerservice@thesterlingsilverstore.com.   Once the RMA is issued, the shipping address will be provided for the returned product.

ü      All products should be returned in original packaging.

ü      Products being returned will need to be shipped back to The Sterling Silver Store within 30 days of the original purchase date.

ü      Once the returned product is received, either a credit will be issued for the product value or replacement product will then be shipped.
